What happened to Atlantis -The lost city

Atlantis was a legendary mentioned in the works of Plato's(c.424–328 B.C.) Timaeus and Critias. But what happened to the city of Atlantis? Plato described as a powerful and advance kingdom which sank into the ocean in a night and a day around 9600 B.C. He said people living were half god and human. Their home was made up of concentric islands separated by wide moats and attached by a canal that ran through the center. The lush island has enough gold treasures, silver, and other precious metals and supported an abundance variation of rare, exotic wildlife. There was a great capital city on the central island.
WHERE IS THE LOST CITY OF ATLANTIS?
ATLANTIS IS UNDER ANTARCTICA - According to the tellings of Sanchez to Solon that the Mediterranean sea was only a bay of the real ocean and that of Atlantis was in the middle of the world ocean. When we placed Antarctica in the center of the world map, the Atlantic, Pacific, and Indian ocean appear as one body of water where oceanographers called the world ocean encircling in it. In Atlantean times 9600B.C. the other continents formed a surrounding continuous after ring with Americas and Eurasia continent joined by a land bridge called Perugia.
RICHAT STRUCTURE - It is often known as the "Eye of Sahara" which is situated in the Oudane, Mauritania. Take a look at the similarities between Atlantis and Richat structure. Plato's states that the city was 127 Stadia (an ancient unit of measurement)
One stadia approximately equal to 607 feet but it may vary from 607-630 feet.
So, 127 Stadia is equal to roughly 77089 feet or 23.49 mi.
While the diameter of the Richat structure on Google Earth is around 22-24mi. This is pretty close to the extents of Atlantis.
Plato describes the city as being fringed to the north by mountains notable for their great numbers and beauty. Richat structure is certainly ringed by mountains to the north.

ATLANTIS IS IN MEDITERRANEAN SEA-
Crete and SantoriniThe lost city of Atlantis was found in the Mediterranean is the most popular theory among those who believe in a historical Atlantis, one common theory holds that Plato's story of the destruction of Atlantis was inspired by massive volcanic eruptions on the Mediterranean island of Santorini during Minoan times.
The main criticism of this theory is that the ancient Greeks were well aware of volcanoes, and if there was a volcanic eruption, it would seem likely that it would be mentioned. Solon got his information from Egypt; if we assume that an Ancient Egyptian symbol for "hundred" was mistakenly read as "thousand", that reduces the age and size of Atlantis by a factor of a tenth, and with that alteration, Atlantis fits Minoan Crete well. Many people consider this to be the likeliest theory.
ATLANTIS RUINS WHICH IS THOUGHT TO BE DISCOVERED
Since the 1969 discovery of the so-called Bimini Road by the University of Miami professor Manson Valentine, Atlantis seekers from all over the world have swarmed the region looking for more clues to ancient civilization. Valentine’s Bahamas discovery created a temporary sensation, appearing, as it did, to corroborate Edgar Cayce’s prophecy that the beginning of the rise of Atlantis in the area could be expected to begin around “1968 or 69.”
Reuters in Havana reports that researchers using sonar equipment have discovered at 2,200 feet a huge land plateau with clear images of sand-covered urban development. The spot is located west of Cuba on a former land bridge to Yucatan, where scientists have been examining a string of underwater volcanoes. Clear shapes of pyramids, roads, and buildings can be seen from above, says Paulina Zaritsky, Soviet-born Canadian Ocean Engineer of the British Columbia-based Advanced Digital Communications.
Most officials knowledgeable about the discoveries are reluctant to speculate publicly, but the site is set to be investigated in August by the Cuban Academy of Sciences and the U.S. National Geographic.
PLATO'S DIALOGUE
TIMAEUS
These are only the primary sources of Atlantis are Plato's dialogue Timaeus.

An extract depicting Atlantis from Critias
"But afterward, there occurred violent earthquakes and floods, and in a single day and night of misfortune all your warlike men in a body sank into the earth, and the island of Atlantis in like manner disappeared in the depths of the sea. For which reason the sea in those parts is impassable and impenetrable, because there is a shoal of mud in the way, and this was caused by the subsidence of the island."
Did people were living in Atlantis were Extraterrestrial?
Plato's said that people living in Atlantis were half god and human. They may interbreed of aliens and humans (humanoids) who were possibly living in Atlantis. They have space- travel, weather control, submarines which could not be possible 12,000 years ago.
There may be some sort of extraterrestrial interference in the past.
